Re: Citroen c4 cactus 2019 model gearbox oil topup. Ok, so the recommended oil for your build date is: TOTAL TRANSMISSION HBVFE2 75W. Also, please note that your vehicle is being flagged for a recall! I'd call the dealer and give them your VIN, and they'll be able to tell you what it is for, but it will be free of charge.

CITROEN C4 CACTUS ( 25/04/2016 – 29/08/2016) DEFECT: A component in the gearbox actuator may not be to the correct specification which may affect gear selection. Remedy: On affected vehicles replace the gearbox actuator. More Details.
Unlike the revised Efficient Tronic Gearbox (ETG); this automated manual – rather than a proper automatic – is slow to react and demonstrates a noticeable pause between ratio changes. Pre-empting each change and lifting-off the accelerator as gears are changed helps a bit, but the delay in forward motion is still very much there.
The most common causes for slow acceleration in Citroen C4 are clogged air filter, dirty mass air flow sensor (MAF), clogged fuel filter, fuel pump malfunction, faulty oxygen sensor, dirty throttle body, worn spark plugs and clogged catalytic converter. Less common causes are faulty throttle position sensor (TPS), bad ignition coils, dirty fuel
